If you purchased The Zzz Hive Membership
-Access to a growing library of videos on the biology of infant sleep, brain development, attachment, parental brain, nervous system care, and much more!
-Handouts and workbooks.
-Clarity sessions focused on monthly themes. The sessions will be about 30 minutes in length and include reflective exercises to deepen your learning and practical tips to transform your experience with regard to your baby’s sleep. They will be recorded if you can’t make it live.
-A growing online community of like-minded parents.

The entire content of the membership content, videos, written words by the hosts, handouts, and any materials is subject to copyright and intellectual property rights, of which we are the owners. The content of this membership may not be reproduced, disseminated, sold, distributed, or used for commercial or non-commercial purposes.
Form of payment
Payments will be made through the secure payment platform Stripe or Paypal and charged once a month unless canceled. Payment will be made at the time of registering.
Availability
The educational videos, recordings of the coaching sessions, and handouts will be available with the continuation of the membership subscription. You may not download, share, reproduce, edit, or alter any of the handouts, videos, or any material given through The Zzz Hive platform.
Refunds and cancellations
- The Zzz Hive offers a first 30-day money-back guarantee for the first 30 days after the purchase for those who pay for the annual membership. The Zzz Hive offers a 15-day money-back guarantee the first 15 days after the purchase for those who pay monthly with no questions asked. For refund service please contact wecare@thezzzhive.com
- For Little Zzz’s Infant Sleep Summit: Due to the digital nature of the product and the fact that it contains instant downloads and material from multiple businesses, we are not able to offer refunds for any reason.
- For any other workshop or pre-recorded course: due to the digital nature of the product and the fact that it contains instant downloads, we are not able to offer refunds for any reason.
Coaching Services or Clarity Sessions
The membership platform content and sessions provided to you by The Zzz Hive is of infant and family sleep coaching in a group setting.
The guidance offered during the sessions are NOT directive advice, counseling, or therapy. The coaching services may include setting expectations, education on biologically normal infant sleep, establishing goals, identifying resources, brainstorming, creating action plans, asking clarifying questions, and providing models, examples, and in-the-moment skills training. The Zzz Hive promises that all information provided by you will be kept strictly confidential, as permissible by law.
The client agrees that all information shared by other group members be kept strictly confidential and screenshots are not allowed and nor is downloading the content for profit or distribution.
Except as expressly provided in this clause, The Zzz Hive makes no guarantees or warranties, express or implied. In no event will The Zzz Hive, Butterfly Rose Village, The Madre Collective, or Newborn Parents be liable to the Client or the Client’s family for consequential or special damages.
Governing Law
This agreement and any issue or dispute arising out of or otherwise related to this agreement or with your access to the membership website, our privacy policy or refund policy, or any matter concerning The Zzz Hive shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Texas excluding its conflict of law provisions.
Acceptance of the terms and conditions of the sale
