Getting a restful night of sleep takes a whole lot more than doing drowsy but awake, teaching “good sleep habits” and sleep training.

You have been trying all the things  you are supposed to:

  • Not feeding to sleep
  • Trying drowsy but awake
  • Avoiding eye contact at sleep times
  • Avoiding naps on the go
  • Strict 7:00 pm bedtimes
  • Sleep training

But… either those tips did not work at all or results were short-lived…

MAYBE RIGHT NOW YOU…

Are anxious and worried that your baby is not sleeping like they should

Are confused and overwhelmed with the myriad of rules that your baby is supposed to conform to when it comes to sleep

Are absolutely exhausted and on the verge of burnout

Deep down inside, your parenting voice is telling you there must be a BETTER way

You dream of finding a way to get better rest for you and your baby

How would it feel to….

Get more rest and less stress for the whole family

Gain self-confidence when you find out why your baby sleeps that way

Know that you are not alone in this journey

This is exactly what you’ll experience at Little Zzz’s Infant Sleep Summit!

During Little Zzz’s Infant Sleep Summit you’ll learn essential and up-to-date information and strategies to navigate your baby’s sleep

Join us for Little Zzz’s Infant Sleep Summit, to learn from true experts about your little one’s sleep.

Meet Your Hosts

Rocio Zunini, PhD

Hi, I’m Rocio!

I am a Neuroscientist and Certified Infant and Family Sleep Specialist and a mom of two. I am passionate about supporting families in their journey with their little one’s sleep. I am a fierce advocate of infant rights (including nighttime needs) and a protector of parental mental health.

My own experience as a mother and my neuroscience background led me to believe that supporting infant sleep is possible from a place of rest and well-being. When it comes to infant sleep, I am status quo shaker that likes to open up spaces for difficult but very much needed conversations in our culture.

Quanisha McGruder

Hi, I’m Quanisha McGruder! I am a creative writer, full-spectrum Doula, Licensed Massage Therapist, and Infant and Family Sleep Specialist who guides families through different paths into and through parenting.

I am on a mission to align and support family needs to create a gratifying experience on this parenthood journey.

With The Zzz Hive, I want to let parents know they have more than two options and also can support themselves while they support their infant’s needs.

Kristin Alexander

Hi, I’m Kristin

I am a Certified Clarity Catalyst Coach, a Certified Infant and Family Sleep Specialist and a mom of two girls. My biggest passion has always been helping women find their inner strength and supporting them through challenging times.

Difficulties in my pregnancies and early motherhood required me to advocate for myself and my children, and I found that the support and resources desperately needed at this time were severely lacking. I believe that education on biologically normal infant sleep and responding to an infant’s needs are central to raising resilient children. This inspired me to adapt my skill set to focus on supporting women through various stages of motherhood.

  • That are searching for nighttime advice that is aligned with your parenting values
  • That have had enough with Googling and blowing money on courses and consults that are short-lived.
  • That know deep down inside that there is more to it than teaching “the skill of sleep”

Instead of teaching your baby to sleep independently, this summit is about helping you get better rest while fully understanding and supporting your baby’s developmental needs.

Here's what attendees had to say last year

This summit gives a beautiful template and intricate insight into the world of natural infant sleep and natural parenting. It reflects our natural design and desire as parents and babies for connection and love. It’s an incredible and powerful paradigm shift from the invisible constructs and ideologies of our world that oppose our intuition and instincts as parents and babies. The underlying principle in the summit is to mother, parent, and love our children and their sleep in a way that feels natural and that allows us (parent and baby) to flourish and thrive.

I just want to say thank you, it was empowering and very informative even if I couldn’t follow every talk, some were really an inspiration. Great experts, very human and practical, no fussy theory.

Thank you for providing such invaluable messages and information – I have been sharing far and wide as I also believe it’s so important to get this message across – I love the message that all we need to do it trust our instincts and our babies and really listen to them and not everyone else!

Emily

What an incredible resource of reliable information to truly support parent and child at a time that can often be so challenging. Thank you!

Sarah

I LOVED the conference. I watched every speaker (I usually pick and choose). They were all so good! This is the first conference out of dozens I have attended in the last few years that I actually purchased a package to — so much valuable information I want to go back and really take my time learning it all.

Shannon

When the conference started I thought nothing was going to change, that it would just be more information that would overwhelm my head, but I was pleasantly surprised. Through the talks I started to feel more at ease with my baby and my situation. Believe it or not, hearing and seeing so many experts talk about what I was feeling made me know that I was not alone and in one way or another it made me start to have more confidence in my maternal instincts. By the end of the conference and even though my baby is still a crazy awakening all night long, I now go to her, feeling calm and confident that being responsive is the most loving, natural, instinctual thing I can do and that this way of responding is a gift for her whole life.

HAVE QUESTIONS? WE’VE GOT ANSWERS

Little Zzz’s Infant Sleep Summit is all about getting you high-quality evidence-based infant sleep information. There are other resources out there about infant sleep, but this summit will specifically challenge the current narrative, why it doesn’t work and what can you do about it.

We’ll cover topics such as what is normal in infant sleep, what are some indicators of when further support may be required, practical tips and tools you can use today to help optimize sleep for you and baby, and parental wellness.

If you’re curious about your baby’s sleep, this event is for you! We’ll be specifically talking to parents with babies and toddlers and focusing on infant sleep, but anyone else who wants to understand infant sleep is welcome to join us.

The main portion of the summit runs from April 9th-12th with a kick-off call happening April 8th. You’ll also be able to join our private Facebook community as soon as you register, so you can join in on and meet other curious parents!

While most of the presentations for the summit are pre-recorded, there are some live elements, and the pre-recorded presentations are only available for 24 hours with your free ticket. So we encourage you to attend live if you can! We would love for you to set aside some time during the summit week to attend the live sessions, watch the pre-recorded presentations, and participate with others who are looking to better understand and support infant sleep.

However, if you’re not able to attend all of the sessions live, go ahead and grab your free ticket, and you’ll have the opportunity to upgrade to the All Access Pass for ongoing access.

Your free ticket includes 24 hour access to each of the presentations. If you need more time, you can always upgrade your ticket to the All Access Pass after registering, which will give you ongoing access to the presentations along with premium bonuses from our speakers and more!

To avoid tech glitches, give you the best possible experience, and adapt to everyone’s time zones and keep things easy for the speakers, the presentations are pre-recorded and will be released at a scheduled time during the summit. However, the speakers will be hanging out in our private Facebook group with dedicated threads where you can connect with them and ask your questions! There will also be opportunities to join us for bonus live events throughout the week.

No, unless you sign up for their freebies or premium resources.

When you register, you’ll be added to the Zzz Hive’s email list so we can send you updates for the event and links to each day’s presentations. After the summit is over, you’ll continue to hear from us, but you can unsubscribe at any time.

Each of the speakers will have free resources available that you can access by providing an email address, but the speakers will not get your email address unless you choose to give it to them specifically. That way, you only hear from the people you really love and don’t have to worry about getting added to email lists that you’re not interested in.

If you buy the All Access Pass, there will be bonuses to redeem from some of the speaker’s websites. When you redeem the bonuses you will be added to their mailing list but you can unsubscribe any time.

You can learn more in our Privacy Policy.

Yes. All presentations have closed captioning.

Please reach out if there’s anything we can do to ensure you’re able to enjoy this event.

If you still have questions, we encourage you to go ahead and sign up. Your questions will likely be answered during the event or in the Facebook community, which you’ll be able to join right away after grabbing your free ticket.

However, if you need to ask us a question before registering, feel free to send us an email at wecare@thezzzhive.com
